6 x New build flats completed in Cathays Cardiff for Cadwyn Housing Association working for LCB Construction.

We undertook the mechanical, electrical and plumbing which included solar pv, door entry, fire alarm systems, data, television and gas. The development allows vulnerable people to live independently with supporting care from the housing association.
